Non-cash-Charitible-Contribution-Worksheet.xls- To help you determine the value of your noncash charitable contributions to thrift stores. Remember we need documentation that you made the donation in addition to your valuation.
Tax Release form We cannot release your tax return to any third party without your express written permission. If you will need us to email a copy of your tax return to your bank or another third party please print this out sign (and your spouse if applicable) and bring it to us. We cannot release your return without this new consent form.
